Vanessa Carlton의 두번째 음반에 실렸던 곡입니다. Vanessa Carlton은 School of American Ballet를 다녔는데 School of American Ballet는 George Balanchine이 세운 미국에서 가장 유명한 발레학교로 꼽히고 졸업생들의 상당수는 전문 발레리나로 커나가는데, 노래에 더 흥미가 많았던 Vanessa Carlton은 졸업후에 대학에 다니면서 바에서 노래를 부르면서 녹음을 해서 A&M과 계약을 할 수 있었다고 합니다.

데뷰음반의 커다란 성공 이후 꽤 부담감을 가지고 제작한 음반인 두번째 음반과 세번째 음반 모두 상업적으로 첫번째 음반의 성공에 훨씬 못 미치는 판매를 기록했습니다. 두 번째 음반의 첫번째 싱글로 커트된 이 곡은 데뷰음반에 실렸던 A Thousand Miles와 비슷한 분위기의 곡인데, 가사는 느낌이 많이 다릅니다. 이 곡의 내용은 바네사 칼튼에 의하면  "이 노래는 질투에 대한 노래이고, 이노래는 순결을 잃는것에 대한 노래이며, 이 노래는 자신의 삶을 살아가게 되는것에 대한 것이다. ... 이것은 한 소녀의 여행에 대한 것이며, 주변에 대해 인식을 하게 되는것에 대한 노래이며, 세상에 대해서 눈을 뜨게 되는 것에 대한 노래이다"라고 이야기를 하고 있습니다.

덕분에 라디오 방송에서 중간중간 가사검열이 있어서 가사 일부분이 삭제되어서 방송되기도 했다고 합니다. 뮤비는 피아노 치는 장면과 춤추는 장면을 포함하고 있는데, 원래 발레를 했던지라 춤추는 모습은 우아한 느낌이 많이 듭니다.
